Qualified in England as a building surveyor with 25 years of experience in France, I
can really help you through the process of buying your house.
I do not place a value on the house but make you aware what you will need to add
onto your budget in the short and long term.
My services include a detailed report on all elements of the building: Structural
elements, roof and covering, rendering, glazing and insulation, plumbing and
heating, septic tank and electrical installations. I can also give an idea of estimated
costs for works that are necessary as a priority.
A report can be delivered verbally, reducing costs or written with an added cost.
My prices are very competitive and extremely reasonable. I speak English and French
fluently, I can also speak German semi – fluent.
